Parking & Entrance:

Client parking is available directly out the front of the salon, and our main entrance is on Papas Street. Additional street parking is available nearby. We recommend arriving a few minutes early for a relaxed start to your appointment.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Cancellations & No-Shows

To provide a premium, personalised service, we ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur 50% of the booked service.

• Repeated cancellations may require a booking deposit for future appointments.

• Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in rescheduling or service adjustment.

Payments & Deposits

• Payments made at booking act as a non-refundable deposit.

• Cancelling within 7 days forfeits the deposit.

• Cancelling more than 7 days prior may allow a partial or full refund at our discretion.

Adjustments

• While we do not offer refunds, your satisfaction is important.

• Contact us within 7 days if you would like adjustments to your service.
